Friends, once I saw how cute the denim bowl looked on my sewing table, I knew that I needed a matching pincushion.
I stumbled on this great tutorial via Pinterest, and I knew it would be perfect for my leftover scrap pieces. I used a button from my stash, added some thread, and voila! A pincushion with more surface area than my last one.
Who knows? Maybe I have enough scraps to cover my sewing box :)
Thank you for sharing all of your suggestions on organizing! I'm thinking I need to invest in some jars, cans, and a fabulous wooden tray like Dottie Doodle has :) It's nice to know I'm not alone in my attempts to control the tornado that hits my sewing table on a daily basis - hooray!
