The snow has finally stopped in Southwestern Ontario but a deep freeze has set in. We've been below -20 Celsius all week. Bundle up weather, indeed! At least there's been some sunshine! It's around this time of year that I start dreaming about spring. It's hard to imagine really. All this sparkling white will eventually give way to luscious green.

and in a few months...
Our garden patio now...
but in just a little while...
underneath this....
is our circle garden...
instead of shovelling walkways....
we'll be planting flowers.....
In the meantime, we'll embrace winter and enjoy the cold and snow....after all, we are Canadians, eh?
Still, I think I'll go out and buy some tulips this weekend....in anticipation of the magic that is just around the corner!!!
