When was the last time that we feel the true Kilig in our life? The happiest day that you've been together with your love one? The sweetest day every time you see each other?
Well, those were questions I reflected on the movie that I watched "Suddenly It's Magic". The movie tells the true meaning of "in love". Most of us experienced those "in love" moments in our life.
The movie "Suddenly It's Magic" is directed by Rory B. Quintos which starred by Erich Gonzales and Mario Maurer. The movie is about a love story created out of a brokenhearted pastry maker and a foreign actor who seeks a quiet life. It's a different feel of story and different attack on how the story would go.
In the movie, Erich and Mario portrayed their characters Joey and Marcus pretty good, since they are still in their young age, they sure make people Kilig in every part of the movie. They sure have the chemistry, and they feel the intensity of being in love together.
The places that they have been adds up to the spices of the movie. Their shoot in Ilocos and somewhere in Thailand makes the whole scene much more interesting and romantic. It's really fun in the Philippines, Hahaha! Well, there was one shot that was shown on a different angle which shows the sweetest day in their life as girlfriend and boyfriend.
Just like in most movie that hits the public, there are these quotable quotes to make the movie even more interesting. Thus, gives a plus value on the movie and even make moviegoers goes kilig to the bones.
One of the "quotable quote" that I remember was when Marcus told Joey "I want to kiss you now....". That was the time that they became girlfriend and boyfriend. Most of the teenager that will watch this movie will learn more or get some ideas on how to express their love in a right time.
It is not just love and kilig moments but there are also lot of things to learn in the movie, just reflect and feel it. It tackles all about love, sacrifices, and values.
Aside from Mario and Erich, Suddenly It's Magic is also stars by Joross Gamboa, Kakai, Bautista, Dionne Monsanto, Joy Viado, Guji Lorenzana, Ces Quesada, Dinkee Doo, Jestoni Alarcon, John Lee and Pimchanok Luevisadpaibul.
This movie hit the big screen last October 31, 2012.
